| abstract | Ο στόχος αυτής της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η υποστήριξη αποφάσεων στον αποφασίζων της έξυπνης πόλης, μέσω της διαδικασίας του crowdsourcing. Αναλύονται οι έννοιες του crowdsourcing , big data, smart cities, decision support system και η αξιοποίηση των δεδομένων για να γίνουν οι πόλεις μας πιο λειτουργικές για τους πολίτες και για τους εργαζόμενους σ’ αυτές. Στο πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας επικεντρωθήκαμε στην θεωρητική προσέγγιση μέσω της υπάρχουσας βιβλιογραφίας. Γίνεται εκτενή αναφορά στις έννοιες , και στην αξιοποίηση των δεδομένων που επηρεάζουν τις αποφάσεις των διοικούντων. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας αφορά την εμπειρική μέθοδο, συλλογής και αξιοποίησης των δεδομένων. Αναπτύξαμε σύστημα συλλογής δεδομένων από προβλήματα τα όποια αντιμετωπίζουν οι δημότες μιας πόλης. Αναλύσαμε τα δεδομένα μέσω συστήματος επιχειρηματικής ευφυΐας και προχωρήσαμε στη χρήση των δεδομένων. Τέλος γίνεται αναφορά για τυχόν μελλοντικές προεκτάσεις του συστήματος και αξιολόγηση του. |
| abstracttranslated | The aim of this thesis is to support decision making in smart cities through crowdsourcing process. In this thesis, there is analysis of concepts such as crowdsourcing, big data, smart cities, decision support system and the utilization of data to make our cities more efficient for their citizens and for people working in them.
In the first part of this thesis we focus on the theoretical approach from existing bibliography. There is an extended review of the relevant concepts and of the exploitation of data that affect decision making. The second part of this thesis, is about the empirical method of collecting and exploiting data. We developed a system of data collection, where data derived from problems that citizens of a specific city face. We analyzed data with a system of business intelligence and we then proceeded to data utilization. Concluding, there is a review of potential future development of the existing system and its evaluation. |
